PROCESSING
*Please allow 5-10 days for processing, and up to 3-7 days for
shipping for domestic first class (our total turn around time max, is 17 business
days (weekends and holidays are considered non business days).
*Please allow 7-17 business days (not including weekends or holidays)
processing AND shipping. Please contact us with any time questions you
may have at shipping@lauraccole.com.
*Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.
International shipping may vary after turn around time.
*All items are now made to order. “Clearance” items are final sales.
RUSH ORDERS:
*If you need an item on short notice (ex: shipped same day or next
day/ or need delivered to you BEFORE current turn around time), please message us for an upgraded shipping option such as Priority or Express. Processing
times may still apply.
SHIPPING
*Items are shipped US first class via USPS unless an upgraded selection has been made such as priority or express.
*All items are provided with a tracking number unless international (international does have a tracking number but is not guaranteed and may not update on a regular basis).
If tracking shows ‘delivered’ to its destination, LCC & Co. is no longer responsible for claims of ‘lost’ packages.
NOTE: Per the USPS, first class, and priority are NOT considered
trackable or guaranteed methods of shipping. They do scan packages in as a ‘courtesy’,
but are not required to do so. If tracking does not update immediately,
this could be the cause. Express is the only guaranteed delivery
method, and trackable method with the USPS.
PRIORITY (domestic):
2-3 day shipping- 9.95
EXPRESS (domestic):
Next day shipping- 32.95.
INTERNATIONAL:
Prices differ per country. Please contact us for a quote.
*Please add up to 7-20 days for turn around time on international orders due to possible custom holds.
*LCC & Co. is not responsible for any added/ extra custom fees/
taxes in customs. These are up to the individual countries, and are not
controlled by the US. Please review your customs policies/ rules if you
have any questions.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All items are tested and inspected before they leave our studio. We are certain that you will be pleased with your purchase but we always look forward to hearing from you, regardless.
Damage:
If item(s) have been damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3
business days of receiving the item (along with photos of packaging and
item) at returns@lauraccole.com and we will work out an exchange or a
refund. Shipping is non refundable. Item must be post marked within 3
business days after contacting us with your original concern (Return
shipping is clients responsibility). A return code will be given for the
return.
Satisfaction:
If sizing, color, or style of item was not as expected, please contact
us within 3 days of receiving your item for exchange information or
refund. Packages must then be postmarked within 7 days after the
original notification with the return code written on the package. The
return code will be given to clients in a message when discussing the
return.
An exchange for the same style item, another item of the same value or request a refund minus s&h is clients choice.
